After attending the program himself in 1996, David experienced such a life change that he has been volunteering his time monthly at Discovery ever since. Over the years his role has increased from regular volunteer, to facilitator, and in July of 2008 he, along with partner Bob Posey, became co-owner, co-director and co-lead facilitator of the program in the Austin location. Through his years of being involved with the Discovery program, David has participated in seeing thousands of people make significant and lasting life changes. He has a passion and drive to help people help themselves find the answers within and is determined to make a difference in the world by helping others find their peace and true happiness. His personal mission statement is "to lead, encourage and inspire spiritual and emotional healing and growth in all people God puts in my path and get people off the bench and into the game of life". David is married and has a young daughter.
Since experiencing Discovery he has been driven to philanthropic ventures. He and his wife began Abundant Life Foundation to give back to the world individually through Discovery! for the individual, Woodville for a community and Roatan, Honduras for the Island. He loves to see people see and experience life changes that are real and permanent.
David has run a highly successful enterprise in the petroleum exploration business for more than 30 years.
As a resident in Austin since 1989 and he is married to Brenda and has a young daughter Anna.
