Scholarship Information

How to Apply

Applications must be submitted 2 weeks before the training. After that the option will not be available for that class. Due to limited seating and availability, scholarships are reviewed on a first come, first serve basis and are not guaranteed. Scholarships are awarded for tuition only. You are responsible for your travel, meals, and hotel expenses.

Completion of the 4 Step Process Below Is Required:

1. Select and Register for the Discovery! Training Program;


2. When you get to the payment method, select "scholarship", which will take you to the Scholarship Application. When completing your application please be thorough in your responses; no one line answers, as we rely on your answers to help determine your eligibility.


3. For D1 scholarship applications email to scholarships@discovery-austin.org or fax to 512.637-8867, 2 reference letters to the Discovery! Office, Attention: Abundant Life Scholarships, explaining your current financial and personal situation.
   
   For D2 and D3 scholarship applications submit a minimum one-page e-mail describing your D1 Experience. Some subject suggestions: A) How do you feel D1 helped you? B) Have relationships improved? C) In what areas do you expect positive changes in your life?
   
   
4. You will be contacted by Shelly Sutton from Discovery! Austin for a phone interview, which is the final step in the application process.
