Teen STEPS to Discovery

Teen STEPS to Discovery is a series of two weekend sessions that create an opportunity for Teens to discover the answers within themselves and become the best person that they can be.

What you can expect to see in your teen as the training is completed:

  • Improved communication
  • Increased self-esteem and joy
  • Ability to connect today's decisions with future success
  • Willingness to take on personal responsibility and accountability
  • Understanding of their true potential
  • A direction in life established by a mission statement


Tuition

$595.00 per Trainee - For both sessions

10% Early Bird Discount will be applied towards session tuition payments made ONLINE by 12:00pm September 30, 2010

$297.50 - Split payment for Session One
$297.50 - Split payment for Session Two

Partial Payments are accepted, however. Each session MUST be paid in full as follows:

  • Session One: September 30th for October 2nd Teen STEPS Training;
  • Session Two: November 1st for November 6th Teen STEPS Training


Lodging and Meals

$ 60.00 per Trainee per Session One and Session Two; Total $120 per Trainee for both sessions.

Scholarships

Available for 1/2 of tuition only. Complete an on-line scholarship application.

    3. Create a username and password
    4. Fill out your Teen Questionnaire
    5. Submit your payment
    6. You will receive email confirmation
    7. Submit the following required forms/releases within 10 days of registration
      1. Teen STEPS to Discovery Information Form
      2. Authorization Regarding Consent to Treatment; Insurance Information Form
      3. Authorization to Participate and General Release Form
      4. Counselor or Medical Authorization Form (If applicable, Requires attending professional's signature)
      5. Highland Lakes Student Release Form

    TEEN CANCELLATION - REFUND - TRANSFER POLICY: Please note this policy applies to the October and November Teen program ONLY.

    1. Cancellations received by phone or email 5 days prior to the training date may be transferred to a future program date or issued a full refund.

    2. Cancellations received less than 5days prior to the training date may be transferred to a future program date. No refund is given. Transfers to a future program date must be scheduled within 6 months or tuition will be forfeited.

    3. No Shows and no calls before program begins, no refund or transfer will be granted. Tuition will be forfeited.

    4. Trainees leaving the training early during the weekend, no refund will be granted. Trainees may reschedule their class to a future date. Transfers to a future program date must be scheduled within 6 months or class tution will be forfeited.
